i have seen this and servers and all work very well

i mean if admins cant trade that means hoa cant either... hes still a admin

and personally i think ::bank (name) should be just owners or something maybe admins + idk

i think everyone should be able to trade -.- because its really no fun not to be able to and if u cant trade u cant rlly pk or drop either because its a way of givving items... so i think either everyone should be able to or staff cant admins+ and like a rank- if tht makes sense..

2. i dont care who can trade

3. ::bank is a command that allows u to pull up ur own bank to view/withdraw ur items anywhere in the world (ive seen this on numerous rsps's)

4. I dont care about who can use the ::bank (playername) because it doesnt matter who see their bank that would effect no one

::bank (name) should be mod+ or admin+ or co+ or owner+

mod+ would be fine because it doesnt matter if mods can see other player's banks...they couldnt abuse the power in any way
